Our animals can carry beverages,
individually wrapped snacks, party favors, programs, or other small items that you provide. We do not supply the contents of the baskets. Our handlers are TIPS certified and can serve alcohol, but any wine or champagne bottles must be opened beforehand.

You do. We provide the animals, handlers, baskets, and presentation. You provide whatever you would like the animals to carry and serve.

Every animal wears a discreet “bun bag” that collects waste and minimizes odor. We practice a true leave-no-trace approach so your venue stays clean.

We select the animals based on their health, rest, and readiness for the day. We cannot guarantee specific animals, but every animal we bring is calm, well-groomed, and ready to delight your guests.

No. Our miniature donkeys are bonded companions and are always booked as a pair. They are happiest and most engaging when they work together.

Yes, in most cases. We have found that one hour of operational time is the sweet spot. Guests thoroughly enjoy the animals, photos, and interactions during that window, and then naturally move on to the rest of the celebration.

Operational time is when the animal(s) and handlers begin serving guests. Once they begin, there are no breaks (for example, during the ceremony) within the time contracted for.

In some cases, yes — it depends on the specific location and the permits required. All permits are the responsibility of the host to obtain and may involve additional fees. Please notify us at least one month in advance if permits or health certificates are needed so we can discuss feasibility and any extra costs.

Yes. In addition to our standard packages, we offer private meet-and-greets, donkey hikes, painting experiences, and other custom events. Contact us to discuss what you have in mind.

Reach out through our booking form or email. We will confirm availability, answer your questions, and send a contract and deposit invoice to secure your date.

Yes. We are fully licensed in Grand County and carry liability insurance for all events.

Policies
Payment Policy
Once you have finalized your package and filled out the event detail form, we will send you an official contract.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold your reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit amount.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, Check and debit or credit card.
Prices do not include sales tax. Tax will be added based on your event location. Utah events are subject to Utah sales tax. Colorado events are generally not.
The remaining balance is due at least seven days before your event.
Cancellation Policy
A $500 portion of the deposit is non-refundable (except for weather or cancellations made by 41 Farms).
Cancel more than 7 days out: $500 deposit is kept; any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
Cancel within 7 days: No refund.
If we cancel for reasons within our control, you will receive a full or prorated refund.
Weather Policy
If weather or conditions make it unsafe for our animals, handlers, or guests, we will cancel and issue a full refund. The same applies to other situations beyond our control, such as animal illness or natural disasters.
